Ktima Biblia Chora – Sole Pinot Noir

21,50

This mono-varietal is crafted from the well-known refined French variety Pinot Noir grown at the Estate. A pre-fermentation cold soak at 6°C for a week is followed by conventional red winemaking. When the alcoholic fermentation is completed, the wine is placed in French oak barrels where it undergoes malolactic conversion and is matured for 12 months. Its colour is bright purple. It is best poured cellar cool at 16-18°C. Enjoy right away or any time over the next 10 years.

Nose

The delicate aromas and flavours are suggestive of summer fruit, particularly black cherries and mulberries, over an underlay of spice and vanilla.

Palate

On the palate, this modern-styled, elegant dry red wine tastes juicy with typical varietal lightness, silky tannins, pronounced acidity and great length.
